Monica Adams - I'm the owner of Creative Property Solutions.

I started doing real estate investing full time in March 2007. I began by specializing in short sales. I hooked up with several mentors that showed me how to negotiate short sale and save peoples homes from foreclosures. I loved working the short sale’s, negotiating with the banks, and helping out homeowners so much that I decided this would be my Niche in real estate investing. Since 2007 I have saved over 100 Colorado Springs homes from foreclosure.

So you're probably wondering-Why 471-Pink? Well when I first got started I needed to brand my business. I didn’t want to be like anybody else. I knew I needed a catchy marketing phone number that ended in a 4 letter word. I knew that I loved the color pink, even my car is pink J. So I thought, hmm maybe my phone number should end in pink and all my marketing could be pink. So I immediately called Quest and 471-Pink was the only number they had at the time. I’ve since then used the phone number on all my marketing and now I’m known as the Pink Lady.

Before I got into real estate I worked for the Colorado Springs Police Department. I worked in the records section as an ID Clerk. I used to be the fingerprinter there. I aspired to be a crime scene investigator. I even have my bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Masters Degree in Forensic Science. I really loved my job at the police department, but the more I worked for somebody else, the more I hated it. I wanted to work for myself and run my own business. So I started to learn and take a bunch of classes in real estate. I quit my job at the police department a year after I got started in real estate. I loved it so much; I wanted to do it exclusively. I went from working 40 hours a week to about 100 hours a week. But trust me, I love it. I couldn’t trade this in for anything in the world.

Russ Breckenridge - Partner.

Russ is my business partner. He is great at everything I'm not so great at. Russ has been investing in real estate since 2003. He has a lot of experience in the fix and flip business, owner financing, and subject-to financing. He is really great at contracts, creative offers, and keeping us out of trouble. He is always calling up or emailing one of our attorneys to make sure we're doing everything legally and ethically. Russ has been doing real estate investing full time since January 2007. He quit his job as an electrical engineer to go full time in real estate investing.

Claudia Adams - Personal Assistant.

This is my mom. She is my personal assistant. We have her doing just about anything. From running around and picking up docs, getting signatures on docs, paying bills, and staging our houses. She’ll do just about anything for us. She has been working for the company for 1 ½ years now full time. My mom is full German,so she does have an accent. You may see her at your house one day to pick up some documents.

Charlotte Hill - Short Sale Manager

Charlotte is our Full Time short sale negotiator. I have trained her to be the best. This girl cranks out 3 or more short sale approval letters a week. She is on the phone and faxing in docs all day. Charlotte has been working for us for about a year now. She may be the one to call homeowners as well for updated documents and updates regarding the short sale. Charlotte has many years of experience working as an executive assistant for many companies. She was the Presidents assistant at Richmond Homes for many years. Charlotte’s personality is one of a kind. She is the sweetest person and is always so happy. Even when the banks give us a hard time, Charlotte is always so sweet to them. This really helps us get’s our approval letters out faster.

Brenda Warner - Short Sale Facilitator

Brenda has a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Trinity International University where she graduated in 1999 with Magna cum Laude honors and a Certificate in Commercial Lending from the American Institute of Banking. She has over 200 years combined experience in the Banking, Mortgage Lending and Title Escrow industries and as well as 10 years of Business Development, Marketing and Market Research experience. She recently moved backed to Colorado from Illinois and joined Pink Realty as a Short Sale Facilitator in January. Her passion for people and her knowledge in the industry makes her a strong asset to Pink Realty and the clients they serve. On her off time, she resides in Palmer Lake with her three Rottweilers and participates in animal rescue, canine nutrition, and is an advocate against Breed Specific Legislation.

Bryce - Independent Transaction Advisor

Bryce is one of our birddogs. Rather than being employed by Pink Real Estate, he is an independent contractor.
